WE HAVE BEEN ADDICTED TO FEELING BAD.

OUTSIDE THE BOX WITH BABAJI #4

❡    During the pandemic, I started doing a weekly Liberation Breathwork session on myself asking my Guru Babaji to be there with me. While I was breathing, I would hear statements pertaining to things I was going through in my life, or things that are important for my clients to know. I list them here for your benefit. These thoughts came to me over a period of weeks; so I would often get more information on the subject in later weeks.   So I wrote it down exactly like it came to me. I will be sharing these tidbits of wisdom in these Blogs, I call “Outside the Box with Babaji.” I look forward to your comments.

Love, Sondra Ray

WE HAVE BEEN ADDICTED TO FEELING BAD.

❡    Why would we WANT to feel bad? It can only be because we are addicted to the ego, which is Hell!  We have to face this fact so that we can undo the addiction to Hell and choose Heaven. ACIM says “Heaven is a decision I must make.” Sometimes we don’t realize it is a choice.

❡    There is no place to run to. We would like to run away from our problems and not face them. Where are we going to run to? These problems will always follow us. A very good movie about this very thing is Joy Luck Club. Check it out.

❡    A lot of people are afraid of their power. We may have had past lives where we were powerful, but we did bad things and that memory is there and scares us.  We may feel people won’t like us if we are powerful. We may think we could never handle the energy. (One can however use that power to ground oneself.) A lot of people have power wired up with control, manipulation, and domination.  We must then, have the true definition of power. True power is Love, Safety and Certainty. There is nothing dangerous about that.

❡    When we do confess something  to a Master if DOES release our guilt. One can write to his or her Master. Confessing something to one’s master is so much better than to anyone else. The guru will not lay any guilt onto us like a Priest might do. It is so good to release the issue rather than keep it inside.

❡    Sometimes we get angry that we have a symptom in our body…especially if it does not go away. The problem is that the anger keeps in more stuck and in place. One has to locate the negative thought causing the symptom and change that thought and breathe it out.

❡    If we can remember to put Christ or Babaji in the spot where we have the condition; this makes it go away. One must do this every morning and every evening. But one has to train oneself to remember to do this.

❡    Regarding addictions:  At first it might feel good; but then guilt sets in and so it starts feeling BAD. Then we try to get rid of the addiction; but the guilt about it prevents us from being able to give it up. Guilt adds weight to the situation and it is harder and harder then to give it up. The addiction most likely occurred in the first place becasue of guilt. If you add more guilt for not giviing it up, it will only become worse. One must turn this all over to the Holy Spirit and ask for help with the guilt first.  The addiction makes us weak, and then we miss the glory of feeling really strong.
