“When you don’t go within, you go without.” Yogi Bhajan
Ultimately, when you look within, and connect what you see inside with what you see outside, that is meditation. We are doing a 5-day intensive on Liberation Breathing here in Estonia. Liberation Breathing is among other things, a breathing meditation. In the morning I give data students need to know in order to be a good breath worker. In the afternoon, they pair off and learn to rebirth each other. It is a beginning training. I tell them they must be in training their whole life. I forgot how great this training is as I have not done one for quite awhile. Yesterday I presented different birth types and people went so very deep. We had huge breakthroughs. It is so wonderful to see people giving up very old stuck patterns.

In the lounge area someone had written on the board, “When you don’t go within, you go without.” I really liked that statement. It means if you don’t look at yourself and work on yourself, you go without the things you want. How true!!
We are all working on ourselves, whether we know it or not. But it is better to be conscious of our process in life. Liberation Breathing is a way of going within, and seeing how your thoughts produce your results. Often we have to figure this out after the fact. If we are getting results in our life we do not want, it is necessary to undo (or forgive) those thoughts that produced those results. It is simple, but the ego is resistant to take full responsibility for all of our results. When there is something we don’t want, the way we process this is to say, “The thought I had that produced this result is _____________.” Then verbalize it. You don’t get to say, “I don’t know.” The subconscious mind holds all the answers, you just have to be willing to look there. When you go in earnest, it will let the answer come up.
Then you have to apply forgiveness and breathing. You say to yourself, “I forgive myself for thinking X.” THEN YOU BREATHE A LOT to release negative charge, the cellular memory held in your system. This whole thing is a breathing meditation designed to integrate body-mind-and spirit, and to release the negative thoughts and memories held in your being from this life, and from even past lives. It is miraculous. When taking responsibility is total, there are no more incidents in your life in which you feel like “the victim.” You are in charge of your mind, which creates your life.
Maybe you would like to join us on one of these Liberation Breathing Intensives. The next one is in Budapest in a a few weeks, July 4-11, 2018. In this week long Budapest Quest we do our breathing in the thermal waters of the Gellert Spa. You might really like to come, and have fun while you are breathing and letting go of negative thoughts and memories. GO HERE for more info.
Remember: “When you don’t go within, you go without.” And we do not want anyone to go without!
