The theme of next Saturday’s Mantra Breathing is “OVERCOMING PAIN!” 

There is Psychological pain we all encounter in life; and there is physical pain as well. We can hardly avoid pain.  Fear, Guilt and Anger are major “culprits” of psychological pain, and when we indulge in them, they can lead to actual illnesses and “accidents” that leave us with a complex variety of physical pain.  We attempt to escape from this pain, but too often find ourselves enmeshed in it.  

In this week’s Mantra Breathing we will discuss the best ways of “OVERCOMING PAIN.”  There are new “thoughts we need to think” that get us out of the “thoughts we keep thinking” that produced the pain in the first place.  

I will teach you my “ULTIMATE TRUTH PROCESS” that helps everyone get to the real “cause” of their pain, so they can change their mind and produce health and well-being.
